Today, my life is about sharing the power of creating Hope, Health and Transformation. I personally have lost 120 lbs., achieving this weight loss in 2010, along with a healthy mind and more importantly, knowledge to sustain a healthy lifestyle longterm, living my best self. I've eliminated medications, put the skids on my MS; lowered my risk of all the major health issues, heart disease, stroke, cancer, diabetes, etc...
I'm passionate about providing personal support and guidance, mentoring and partnering with others interested in transforming their lives to the best version of themselves. As well as, knowledge transfer, adopting healthy habits with healthy movement, mindfulness, healthy sleep, and overall wellbeing. It's about empowering lives, inside and out, creating hope and fulfillment of dreams, transitioning from surviving to thriving, ultimately, ''living your best version''!
