We have an excellent opportunity for a salon operator to locate on our main street.

1. $1.00/month for 3 months
   and then
2. $150/month until community occupancy is > than 50%
3. $300/month while community occupancy is 50.1% - 80.0%
4. $350/month when occupancy is > than 80%
   *Owner shall have the option of adjusting the rent annually by providing written notice to Tenant at least sixty (60) days prior to the termination date.
