They are looking for a passionate and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join their experienced team in Minnesota.  

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. You'll work closely with prospective and existing customers to understand their unique needs, provide tailored solutions, and deliver exceptional service. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 3-5 years of sales experience, particularly in material handling, industrial equipment, or experience selling in the manufacturing/distribution space. What you will do:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business and expand existing customer accounts
  • Identify and target potential customers in the material handling industry through market research, networking, and cold calling
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and follow-ups
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on the benefits of our products and services
  • Provide tailored solutions based on customer needs, specifications, and budgets
  • Collaborate with the engineering and support teams to ensure seamless project implementation and customer satisfaction
  • Track sales activity, monitor customer accounts, and report on key performance metrics
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge

What you will need to be successful:

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the material handling, industrial equipment, or logistics industries
  • Proven track record of success in sales and consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong understanding of material handling solutions, including automation, warehouse equipment, storage systems, and other related technologies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and prospects
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed within Minnesota
