We are looking for new coaches to add to our growing team at Imperfect Pathways. We welcome coaches with expertise in various specializations to help our clients navigate life's challenges and achieve their personal and professional goals. 

This is a commission-based position where the earning potential is limitless, offering the flexibility to create your own schedule and determine your income based on the number of clients you serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to clients, guiding them towards personal growth and development.

• Network and market yourself to attract new clients and grow your coaching practice.

• Collaborate with clients to set goals, create action plans, and track progress.

• Utilize Imperfect Pathways’ evidence-based coaching techniques and tools to support clients in overcoming obstacles and achieving success.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all coaching interactions.

• Maintain training and knowledge in current methods and standards.

• Excellent communication skills and active listening techniques.

Qualifications

• Completion of Imperfect Pathways' coaching program (cost varies between $999-$1800, exceptions may apply based on experience and education level).

• Relevant experience and certification in coaching or related fields preferred.

• Personal experience in the area of specialization and demonstrated success in overcoming similar challenges.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for helping others thrive.

• Proficient in common

• Age 21+

• Drug Testing Required

• Valid Drivers License

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors in Mental Health or Behavioral Health related degrees

• Experience in overcoming your coaching area of interest.

• Sales & Marketing Experience

• Networking experience

• Proficiency in basic computer skills and computer software such as, but not limited to:

Google Suite (Google Forms, Google Drive, etc.)

Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Spreadsheet applications

Presentation software

Collaboration tools

Document management systems

Email usage & functions

Zoom

Please note that this position is commission-only, and compensation will be based solely on Client visits. Hours worked and income earned will vary depending on individual effort and results. As such, this role may not provide a guaranteed salary or benefits beyond those explicitly mentioned.
