Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse with Infinity Home Care, you will:

• Conduct in-home assessments and develop personalized care plans
• Oversee care coordination and ensure clients receive appropriate services
• Assist clients with daily living activities
• Provide transportation assistance when needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold quality standards
• Adapt to changing client needs with a compassionate and professional approach

What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Active RN license recognized by the Iowa Board of Nursing
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
• Ability to pass background checks, motor vehicle record checks, and credential verification
• Strong clinical skills with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
• Flexibility to adapt to client needs and provide compassionate, customer-focused care

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position with a flexible schedule
• Day shifts, Monday–Friday
• Weekend, holiday, and on-call coverage as needed
• In-person role serving clients in the Des Moines Metro area
