Join us as we celebrate 27 years of uplifting our community and ensuring that mental healthcare remains accessible to those who need it most in Central Iowa. This year, we are proud to honor Mary Gottschalk as our 2025 Honoree, recognizing her dedication to making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

The event will feature a thought-provoking panel discussion exploring the impact of social media on mental health. Together we’ll address the current challenges while highlighting ways we can all harness the positive potential of these platforms.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to explore interactive booths showcasing the therapeutic modalities offered at the Center, providing a hands-on experience of the innovative care we provide.

Proceeds from Women Helping Women directly support counseling, education, training and other vital services for women, children and families who are underinsured or from low-income households.
