Brad Zaun is the Great Plains Regional Administrator serving Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska. He leverages over two decades of experience as a dedicated small business owner, community leader, and public servant. As former owner/operator of Zaun’s Trustworthy Hardware and vice president of R and R Realty Marketing Group, he gained direct insight into the complexities and needs of entrepreneurs. Mr. Zaun’s extensive pubTable Propertieslic service includes terms on the City Council of Urbandale, Iowa, and as mayor from 1998 to 2004, followed by 20 years championing small businesses in the Iowa State Senate from 2005 to 2025. |

As the District Director of the SBA’s Iowa District Office, Ryan Lincoln oversees statewide financial, counseling, and government contracting programs, including a network of Small Business Development Centers, SCORE chapters, and specialty business centers. With a background in strategic operations and leadership at organizations such as PepsiCo, he supports the SBA’s mission by working with partners, lenders, and local leaders to expand access to capital, training, and resources for Iowa’s small businesses. A Marine Corps veteran based in the Des Moines metro, Ryan brings a service-driven, practical approach to economic development. He is active in Iowa’s veteran and civic communities and leads outreach efforts across urban and rural areas, with a focus on veteran-owned businesses, underserved markets, and entrepreneurs seeking to start, grow, or recover their businesses. |
