Join us at The Revel Hotel for an unforgettable 4‑Course Wine Dinner featuring exclusive pairings from The Prisoner Wine Company. This curated culinary experience will be held on Thursday, January 29th at 6:30 PM and includes expertly crafted dishes paired with some of The Prisoner’s most celebrated wines.

The evening begins with an arrival pour of Unshackled Sparkling White, followed by four chef‑crafted courses:
• Winter Greens with Pomegranate Vinaigrette and Crisp Pancetta, paired with Prisoner 2021 Chardonnay
• Squash Bisque with Parmesan Crisp, paired with Prisoner 2022 Pinot Noir
• Three‑Peppercorn Beef Tournedos with Date Demi, Cauliflower‑Parsnip Purée, and Grilled Asparagus, paired with Prisoner 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon
• Chocolate Hazelnut Mousse Cake, paired with Prisoner 2023 Red Blend
