Connie Fiscus is the Founder and CEO of Sunflower People & Culture Solutions, LLC, an Iowa-based coaching and consulting firm focused on strengthening workplace culture, leadership, and performance. A seasoned leader with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare leadership and as a Regional HR Manager, Connie understands what it takes to build strong teams and drive results.

She holds a Master of Health Administration (MHA), is a Certified Master Coach, and completed executive coaching training at Harvard University. Connie serves as a coach, consultant, trainer, facilitator, mediator, and public speaker, partnering with organizations on leadership, team, and employee development.

While she is proud of her professional accomplishments, the titles she values most are “wife” and “mom.”
