Hubbell Realty Company

Tim Coonan joins Hubbell Realty Company as Vice President.  

With nearly three decades of law and political analyst experience, Coonan joins Hubbell to further the strategic growth of the development operations of the company. Coonan is a graduate of Drake University in Political Science (1996) and Drake University Law School (2002).  

Coonan's community involvement includes his current roles as the incoming President of the Iowa Taxpayer Association, a board member of the Iowa Association of Business and Industry, and a board member of the Greater Des Moines Partnership, where he previously chaired the Government Policy Council. Additionally, he serves as an adjunct professor at Drake Law School, teaching legislative practice.
