Throughout my life, I have given intentional focus towards building relationships and supporting those I care about in good times and bad. As a Financial Advisor at Edward Jones, I have the privilege of knowing and understanding the hopes and concerns of my clients. Through the Edward Jones established process, we prepare and plan for life’s events together. 
I was raised on a family farm outside of Fort Dodge, Iowa. My childhood was extremely influential in developing the values I have today: following Jesus, cherishing family, and building a strong community with those around me. My lovely wife, Raena, and I have three boys: Graham, Harrison, and Parker.

Andi is a native of Urbandale, and started assisting in brand launches after her time at ISU, in 2009. The journey brought her to Los Angeles, Miami and eventually home to the Midwest-Best; Des Moines.

I opened Creative DSM to continue helping others launch their dreams, and to get involved in the community. When I’m not strategizing SEO, I am a mom, traveler, sushi connoisseur and a $3 wine fan.

I was born and raised in central Iowa, but moved away long enough to appreciate the midwestern values.

I am a Grand View University graduate, and small business owner in several Des Moines suburbs, so I have a vested interest in seeing the community prosper.

My husband, Andy, and I reside in Johnston. We have four children: Drew (22), Alyx (15), Ryah (13) & JJ (10). We spend a lot of time cheering on the Johnston Dragons &  Grand View Vikings.

I'm Matt Christiansen and I've lived in Des Moines my whole life. I love and believe in my community and aim to be a positive contributor to it as it has been to me. That is the main reason I chose to work for Big Roofing. Big Roofing is a local company with local people making sure local Iowans are happy for years to come with any service we provide. Hello! My name is Andrew Cowden, Owner of Keystone Home Inspections. I have an extensive background in residential construction and remodeling, and have been in business since 2016. Ann Riesberg is a board-certified licensed massage therapist, who was born and raised in Iowa. Ann attended La' James International College in 2011 where she studied massage therapy. She continues her education centered around orthopedic massage modalities.
Ann started her career in small town Iowa and in 2013 her family sold their home which gave them a great opportunity to move to Des Moines. She worked for a franchise for a while and knowing that she wanted to build her own business she moved on quickly. She opened her own private practice in 2014, and worked as a medical massage therapist at a chiropractic clinic. In spring of 2020 Ann joined Active Edge as an associate therapist, working hard and becoming partner-therapist in spring of 2021.
While in high school, Ann achieved her Silver and Gold award in Girl Scouts. Ann continues her community service through her church and the Urban Bicycle Ministry.

I have recently married late in life and we are looking forward to our twilight years!  Who knew camping could be this fun in a trailer!  My two kids are adulting now and it's quiet enough at home I'm actually getting some work done now that I am working out of a home office!  I am a huge sports nut so let me know if you ever want to go watch a game!

Carla's early career led her to providing accounting work to diverse industries in various roles.  While none of it seemed to make sense at the time, all that experience flowed together nicely when she decided to start CFO Accounting Services. After working in large corporations and small businesses, she found the most satisfaction in helping small businesses.

Helping entrepreneurs and small business owners meet their goals and see their dreams come to fruition is a tremendous joy. Our greatest accomplishment is when a client needs to hire a full-time accountant for their business.

In her free time, Carla loves spending time with her family. With her first two children in college, most of her time is spent attending the in-season sport for the bonus child. 

Debborah Harp is the Director of Strategy and Business Development for Beeline and Blue, one of largest commercial printing companies in the Midwest. 
She has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa and is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE). She has years of experience in fundraising, marketing/communications, and operations management at national medical associations and educational institutions.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Harp worked in television production and corporate communications as a writer, producer, and director. 
 

Since 2004, Tiffany Menke, IOM, has been the President of the Urbandale Chamber of Commerce. She has served on the boards of and is a Past President/Past Chair of ICCE, CITR, and IMA.  She currently represents Iowa on the MACE Board of Directors and serves on the Diversity and Inclusion Council through the Greater Des Moines Partnership as well as participates in a pilot program through the Evelyn K Davis center to mentor exoffenders.

In 2017, Tiffany was honored as a Woman of Influence through the Des Moines Business Record. Other honors include 40 under 40, and Ovation award from the Iowa Women's Foundation. She grew up in Newton and went on to Grand View University in Des Moines where she earned a degree in Mass Communications, Journalism and a minor in Photography.

I am a graduate from Iowa State University with a Bachelors in Advertising with an emphasis in Technology and Creative Design.  In addition to a background in layout and design, I spent eight years as a beverage sales representative, six years in marketing and have continued work in design throughout.  My husband and I stick built our own house and are now licensed general contractors.  Doing so allowed us to gain first hand knowledge into the building, buying and installation process.  (if you would like to see our journey, I documented much of it on sometimeswebuildahouse.com).  I know that communication and transparency are just as important the product itself.   I stand behind the quality of all the products we carry and am adamant about providing the best service possible.
