Helping my clients/friends take the next step in their life is my mission in life. As a real estate professional I love to work with home buyers and sellers who are ready to buy their first house, or their "forever" house, or sell a home that is no-longer working for their current needs and lifestyle so they can move on.  Although I do specialize in working with seniors and empty nesters, I love helping all clients at important junctures in their lives--  finding the home that works for them and their desired life style. My style is to work in a partnership with my clients. Lisa has been the Projector Coordinator at Iowa Sign Company for over 6 years. She graduated from Grand View University in 2009 with a B.A. in Graphic Design/Journalism. Before Grand View, she had 9 years experience in Sales & Marketing in the hotel industry. She is married to Timothy Hanrahan whom they share two children, Cailin (age 22) and Adilia (age 11) and resides in Des Moines. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, exercising, traveling, photography and designing. To keep her creative juices flowing, she does freelance design and photography. 

I recently returned to Des Moines after living in Holland, Michigan for 9 years.  I work with corporations and organizations to raise funds for Food Bank of Iowa. We are in 55 counties in Iowa and have 700 partners including pantries, school pantries, veterans and senior programs, youth services and backpack programs for elementary students.  Right now, food insecurity is at record levels.  Iowa is among three states which saw the largest increase (44.6%) in the number of food-insecure people in Feeding America's latest "Map the Meal Gap" report.  15.4% of Iowa children face hunger and 37% of Iowa households do not make enough to cover basic needs.  I am passionate about this vital work and helping those in need in our communities.  We'd love to have your organization come and tour and/or volunteer with us.

Jayden has been serving as a financial advisor for 6+ years leading families across the Midwest to grow and protect what they treasure most. He went to the University of Northern Iowa double majoring in Finance and Real Estate with an emphasis in Personal Wealth Management. He graduated and went on to build his practice through Northwestern Mutual for five years obtaining the CFP and RICP designations in order to serve his clients at higher level. In order to expand the scope of work he provides and allow true fiduciary guidance, he took his practice independent with RockWay Wealth Partners. He is excited to continue to grow his impact on the businesses and families in the community. You'll find him bouldering at Climb Iowa, hiking, or out in the community finding ways to connect great people to each other.

A proud Des Moines native, Anne Triplett brings a rich and diverse background to the Chamber. She earned her degree in Elementary Education and Early Childhood from Drake University and began her career teaching in the Des Moines Public School system.

Anne’s professional journey spans multiple industries, including leadership roles in volunteer coordination and fundraising. Most recently, she discovered her passion for community engagement through the chamber world.

Outside of work, Anne enjoys biking, gardening, reading, cooking and baking, and spending time at Clear Lake. Her greatest joy is time spent with her grandchildren.

Alex Alstott is Sales Director at StructSolve Engineering, leading sales across Iowa and the Midwest. He joined in September 2025 after six years with Beacon Building Products, serving contractors statewide. A Fort Dodge native and 2011 Fort Dodge Senior High graduate, Alex played collegiate baseball at Iowa Central, Southern New Hampshire, and Concordia University, Nebraska, setting records before competing in professional slow-pitch. He remains active in the sport by mentoring young athletes and supporting high school programs. Alex and his fiancée live in Greenfield, Iowa, where they endured the EF4 tornado of May 2024, strengthening his community ties.
