RESEARCH STUDY ON PROFESSIONAL WOMEN’S CHALLENGES IN THE NEW NORMAL LAUNCHED
CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - Women Lead Change, in partnership with the University of Illinois Chicago, has opened a survey for a new study that aims to understand the challenges that women are currently facing as companies adapt to the new normal. Adult women currently living in the U.S. are eligible for this voluntary study at https://uic.ca1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_b9MNBAdA1fgthie.

We listened to you, and last year published a report on Challenges for Professional Women in the COVID-19 Pandemic,” Tiffany O’Donnell, CEO of Women Lead Change said. “Data continues to be the driver of our mission to advance women leaders and to work to come out of the Women's Recession. Your input in this survey is critical to this research.”

Zhenyu Yuan, Assistant Professor, Department of Managerial Studies at the University of Illinois Chicago is collecting the data and survey responses which are confidential and will be completely de-identified.

“Thanks to your generous support last year, we successfully conducted a research project and published a research report which helped organizations and communities better understand professional women’s challenges in the pandemic, and how they could join forces to support each other,” Yuan said.

This critical data will be released as a public report to help organizations, policy makers, and communities identify effective ways to support women.
This study has been approved by the Institutional Review Board at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
