About Us

Urbandale Massage Therapy is a new business in the area who is seeking to support individuals that are suffering from the physical symptoms of anxiety, depression, and/or PTSD. Tiffany Wheeldon is the owner and sole massage therapist for this business. She received her license in 2021 and has been running an at home business for the last 3 years.
Tiffany has personal experience with anxiety, depression and PTSD so she can relate to her clients and understands how these challenges can and do affect daily living. She helps reduce pain, increase sleep quality and allows for a momentary reset of the body's flight, fight or freeze response through the use of massage therapy including use of aromatherapy, hot stone massage, cupping, trigger point work, deep breathing, guided meditation and coming soon will be Trauma Touch Therapy work.
