With a background in mechanical engineering and a passion for entrepreneurial leadership\, Caleb launched StructSolve to bring truth\, clarity\, and professionalism to structural evaluations and design services. Under his direction\, the company has grown from a grassroots startup into a trusted partner for homeowners\, realtors\, and contractors across the Midwest. Caleb leads with integrity\, vision\, and a commitment to redefining excellence in the residential engineering space.\n\n \nTatum Reynolds\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTatum serves as Director of Business Development at ATW Training Solutions\, where she has been a key part of the team since 2018. Tatum's past positions on the operations side of ATW have given her the internal knowledge to provide clients with accurate consultations and training suggestions to fulfill all of their initiatives and goals. In her current role\, Tatum focuses on forging strong client relationships\, expanding market reach\, and driving strategic growth.\n\n \n\nWhen not working\, Tatum takes care of her 17 acres of land in Adel with her husband Ross\, daughters Blakely and Parker\, and dog Remi.\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\nZach Hollier\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nHowdy y'all! Zach is the Owner/Head Chef at cajun belle in Johnston\, Iowa. He started the business in May of 2022 and has been working each day to continue it's growth. He played football for Grand View University from 2011-2015 and graduated with his Bachelors in Psychology. He grew up homeless\, living off the land in Beaumont\, Texas where he was fortunate to be able to learn how to hunt\, process and care for nature\, which fueled his love for food and people!\n\n\n\nToday\, Zach and his wife live quietly in West Des Moines on Racoon River with their 2 Aussies and 6 Cats. He's a simple country fella and does his best to meet people where they're at in their lives\, feed them\, and love them.
