DESCRIPTION:Join the Urbandale Chamber in celebrating Link Associates\, Link & Learn Day Care Grand Opening and their 70th Anniversary Ribbon Cutting.\n\n\n\n\n\nLink Associates is celebrating its 70th Anniversary and also holding the Grand Opening of Link & Learn Daycare. Link struggles to retain staff and we are opening a daycare to better support our staff with preschool aged children. The Polk County Board of Supervisors recognizes the challenges providers have maintaining care giving staff and funded the development of this daycare. Prairie Meadows was the primary funder of the supplies and equipment necessary. Link will be able to offer very competitive rates for all\, with a significant incentive for Link staff and an incentive for staff of other Polk County Provider organizations. The ribbon cutting for the new daycare will be first on the agenda followed by a self-guided tour of the building to see more contributions of donors to Link. We will then have brief remarks to celebrate Link's Anniversary. Media has been invited and will hopefully be present for this ribbon cutting.
